Spring can be so cruel sometimes. Shorts yesterday, winter tights, gortex jacket and waterproof gloves today :(
Got the ride over and done with before breakfast as the weather is due to get worse throughout the day. Realised after I was 10 mins down the road that I hadn't put a pump in my pocket but decided to carry on. I got away with it. Legs felt pretty good, did a few traffic light sprints, threw in a couple of extra climbs. It was lovely having a quiet drivetrain for the first time in ages and now that I haven't got a centimetre of play in the rear wheel the brake wasn't rubbing either. Bacon sarnie to finish :)

Very sensible getting out early, I think I'll be blown all over the place later.
it was the hardest ride ever to ride, just insane at about 7 pm.
Wish I'b been sensible like you and ridden early. It was brutal out there last night!
