30/30 roundup

It's been a bit of a chore at times, mainly due to the awful weather that we've had all month - very windy, very wet. I've had some good rides though and I'm definitely stronger than I was at the start of the month. Would have liked to get some long road rides in but I really couldn't face battling the wind for 3+ hours. Anyway, it's done now. Thanks Jon for the challenge :)

Your next challenge : 1000 miles in a month.

go on, off you go.

How about the height of Everest in a week.

Anonymous said...

On my routes that's 290 miles.

simondbarnes said...

Do you do the same route every day Matt?

As for 1000 miles in a month, very unlikely unless I do some sort of tour.

Anonymous said...

yes I do pretty much the same route every ride

No wonder you hate riding so much!

I'd only have to do 175 miles on our typical terrain and I could contrive it to a lot less than that but it would be uber dull.
It's an idol thought but doing 175 miles in a week would pretty much kill me with that amount of climbing.

idol = Matt

idle = correct word
